The Sand Station Recreaton Area is located upstream of the McNary Dam on Lake Wallula, at Columbia River Mile (RM) 300. The eight-acre park is maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and allows day-use and camping. The park provides great views of Wallula Gap upstream.
