Eagle Creek Overlook:
There is an overlook at the mouth of Eagle Creek, on the Oregon side of the Columbia River at River Mile 150. It is only accessible from the east-bound lanes of Interstate 84. It is an enjoyable place to stop, as you never know what you will see when you look across the waters. Walk a short bit upstream too for more birds.
